this last sunday we talked about labels
...labels that lie
...labels that hurt
...labels that damage
and we started to talk about the new names that God gives
...names that are true
...names that give life
...names that bring meaning
grow into the name that God calls you by
grow into the purpose that he is unfolding
grow into the future he has for you.

When I was in Israel this year I bought a bracelet that says "PADAH", which is the Hebrew word meaning "redeemed", to remind me of who I am.
Micah 3:5 says. "you are mine -I have redeemed you & bought you from the land of slavery".
It's a great reminder to me that I'm not that person anymore!
